100% Vegan

I saw this meaningless statement on a bottle of shampoo this morning. If something is 100% vegan, then can you be less than 100% vegan? Say, if I eat mostly meat and a couple of vegetable servings each week am I 10% vegan? Nope, vegan isn't a dimmer, it's a light switch. It's either on or off. You either ARE a vegan or you ARE NOT. If you believe the 100% vegan, then you probably think that because that wine you are drinking is only 12% alcohol that you are 88% sober..
